Waukesha Blazers Memorial Scholarship

The Waukesha Blazers will be awarding three $1000 scholarships in 2025.  The Blazers Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of Waukesha Blazers players, families, and friends impacted by the Waukesha Parade tragedy in 2021.  Eligible students interested in applying for the Blazers Memorial Scholarship should complete the application.  The application deadline is April 15th, 2025.  Scholarships will be awarded by May 31st, 2025.  

Scholarship Rules

     1. Eligible Recipients will include:
- Former Waukesha Blazers baseball or fastpitch players.
                - Graduating high school seniors from the greater Waukesha area planning to pursue a post-secondary education                          at either a 4-year college or 2-year technical/vocational
                - Students who have demonstrated commitment to their education.
                - Students who have demonstrated the potential to contribute to the broader community.

     2. Applications will be evaluated using the following criteria:
                - Scholastic Achievement
                - Community Involvement & Potential
                - Financial Need

     3. Distribution
                - Scholarships will be paid out upon completion of the recipients first semester of school. 
                - Recipients must in good academic standing at the time of distribution.
                - Recipients will be required to submit a transcript for their first semester of school.
                - Recipients will be required to submit a copy of their second semester class schedule.
